President Biden on Saturday met with French President Emmanuel Macron as part of a series of bilateral meetings at the G-7 summit in Cornwall, England. 

Biden said "We are on the same page" and Macron appeared to contrast Biden to former President Trump, saying said it was great to have a U.S. President as part of the club and willing to participate. 

"Things are going i think well, we are going--as we say in the states we are on the same page," Biden said. 

"What we need is cooperation it's great to have the US President as part of the club and willing to participate," Macron said.
