He is expected to zero in on the Trump administration falling short on its pace for vaccinations, as well as lay out his own plan to get people vaccinated as quickly as possible.

The Trump administration has been rolling out the vaccine as part of its Operation Warp Speed initiative.
"The President-elect will give remarks following a briefing with his Covid-19 Advisory team. He is expected to give an update on the current state of the pandemic, and say that tragically, the infection rates and the number of deaths are expected to increase in the coming weeks," a transition official told Fox News.
