NEIL CAVUTO, HOST OF “YOUR WORLD”: I've said it before. I'll say it again.

Whatever you think of his policies...

I think the president is a great pop.

He's a good dad. And apparently, he’s a proud dad.

Just listen.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

PRESIDENT OBAMA: Malia and Sasha generally finish their homework a day ahead of time.

(LAUGHTER)

Malia's 13, Sasha's 10.

It is impressive. They don't wait 'til the night before, they're not pulling all-nighters.

(LAUGHTER)

They're 13 and 10!

You know, Congress can do the same thing. If you know you've gotta do something, just do it.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

Just do it, indeed, Mr. President.

Like when democrats were running the capitol, and never offered a budget, at all.

If I know you, Mr. President, you were telling them to just do it, I just know it, probably missed it, but I’m convinced you did indeed say it.

After all, homework is homework.

Malia and Sasha get it.

It must frustrate the heck out of you sir that your own party does not.

...that we're facing this budget all-nighter precisely because they were all awol last year.

And now there's hell to pay for their tardiness this year.

Man, oh, man, you are so right. Kids know they have to get homework done, no matter how silly the assignment.

Imagine the immaturity of some of these Republicans students not signing onto "your" handiwork, because they think it's a bad assignment!

You must feel like the substitute teacher they're all just throwing spitballs at you!

Damn kids!

The next thing you know they'll be offering their own bright ideas because they think all of yours are stupid.

How immature is that?

Thinking the teacher got the homework assignment wrong? And can't seem to get the date they have to hand it in...Right?

Is it August 2nd? Or August 12th? Maybe September 12th?

Malia and Sasha would never put up with this Mr. President.

Because they seem like really bright kids.

They wouldn't just question the assignment.

I bet you they would question the teacher assigning it.

The one who says they better work hard, because he's working hard.

That is, when he's in town, and not fund-raising in Manhattan, even harder.

Man oh man; they'd be all over that teacher.

Wouldn't they, Mr. President?

Shouldn't they, Mr. President?
